In the event of a claim, here are some tips to help you!

Motor/ Boat/ Caravan Claims

  • Obtain Third Party details (name, address, contact and registration number)
  • Take photos of the damage to your vehicle and third parties
  • Do not admit liability to the other party
  • Do not authorise any repairs
  • Contact our office to lodge your claim

Windscreen Claims

  • Contact our office to arrange repairs
  • If you have already arranged and paid for repair or replacement, forward your invoices to our office and we will submit to your insurer

Property Claims

  • Always take photos of any damage
  • Arrange any necessary repairs to make your property safe and minimise any further loss
  • Contact our office to advise of claim

Water Damage

  • Engage a carpet restorer to extract water
  • Contact our office to advise of claim

Theft / Malicious Damage

  • Report incident to police
  • Supply proof of ownership of stolen items (photos, receipts etc.)
  • Contact our office to advise of claim

Glass Breakage

  • Arrange any necessary repairs to make your property safe
  • If you have arranged and paid for repair or replacement, forward your invoices to our office and we will submit them to your insurer
  • Contact our office and we will make any necessary arrangements for repair / replacement of the glass

Liability / Professional Indemnity

  • Do not admit any liability
  • Contact our office immediately to arrange claim notification to your insurer
